Program Description
When you provide your phone number and give your consent through our website lead form at benchmarkremodel.com or through a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, you agree to receive text messages from Benchmark Remodel about the free in-home remodeling consultation you requested. Messages include appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages about your kitchen, bathroom, or window remodeling project. Messages may be sent using automated technology and an AI virtual assistant. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How to Opt In
You opt in by submitting our website lead form or a Facebook/Instagram lead ad and checking the consent box that authorizes Benchmark Remodel and its agents to contact you by call and text message, including by automated technology and an AI virtual assistant.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. After you request a consultation, you may receive recurring messages such as confirmations and appointment reminders.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Benchmark Remodel does not charge for the messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opting Out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you opt out of texts, you may still receive non-marketing communications by phone or email. To rejoin, simply opt in again as you did the first time.
